The Lakeshore Classic is a regional family-oriented event, focusing its activities on raising educational awareness and drawing on the parallels between sports participation and academic achievement, in order to encourage the region’s youth to follow a path for success.
World Civility Day
World Civility Day, a day-long celebration of Community Civility Counts (CCC), features morning workshops on Civility and an evening Awards Dinner featuring awards to Civility Organizations. Community Civility Counts is an initiative of the Gary Chamber’s Public Policy Committee.
Chamber Monthly Meetings
The Monthly Meeting officially serves as the venue to install new Chamber Officers and Board of Directors, often featuring prominent speakers and special recognition.
